Details:
This payment plan splits the overall DNA-SmartLoss™ charge of $695 over the course of 4 months (4 charges of $173.75). One charge will be incurred every 30 days.
Upon 1st payment: You will schedule your assessment and goal setting sessions.
Following 2nd payment: You will receive your DNA test kit.
By the 3rd payment: Test results will be received and you may schedule your one-on-one counseling session with a wellness coach.
